Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans: The federal government, through the SBA, is providing significant relief for small businesses suffering from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Most agents are likely to be eligible for loans that are being made available through the SBA. 

The CARES Act makes the following options available to REALTORS®:

• Paycheck Protection Program Loans (PPP)
  
• Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL)
  
• SBA Express Bridge Loans (EBL)
