Masks Now Required for Open Houses

In accordance with the LA County Department of Public Health's reinstated indoor mask mandate, masks are once again required for open houses regardless of vaccination status as of July 18th.This change in regulations is in response to a dramatic spike in community spread of coronavirus cases in LA County, particularly among the unvaccinated.
It is strongly recommended that you enforce mask wearing at your open houses, provide masks to those who show up without them, and continue to ensure that any indoor spaces where people may gather are well-ventilated and cleaned regularly.
Please check with your brokerage for any specific guidance they may have on mask requirements for open houses, showings and office policies.
