Your 2023 REALTOR® dues invoices have been posted to your Member Portal and are now available for payment.

The total for your local, state and national 2023 dues will be $858, this includes suggested voluntary contributions to the C.A.R. Housing Affordability Fund, GLAR Charitable Foundation and to the REALTOR® Action Fund. Members are encouraged to pay by credit card for fastest processing of dues payments. Please note: It may take up to 5-10 business days for payments made by check to be processed; credit card payments are processed on the same day.

Your 2023 member dues are broken down as such:

• GLAR Dues: $270. Local association dues cover education, professional development, professional standards services, local legislative advocacy, software tools, dispute and ethics resolution, and more services offered through GLAR. We are committed to providing high-quality benefits and programs to our members, and your continued membership and support allows us to bring some of the best instructors, tools and experts in the real estate industry to our members. Your 2023 dues include a $20 adjustment based on the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) to compensate for rapidly rising costs in order to continue to offer you the best membership experience possible.
  
• C.A.R. Dues: $225. C.A.R. dues have increased by $41.
  
• NAR Dues: $195. NAR dues have increased by $10.
