You are invited to attend a free one-day home buying seminar co-hosted by Neighborhood Home Services of LA County (NHS) and the Greater Los Angeles REALTORS® (GLAR) at the NHS headquarters on Wilshire Boulevard. This event will cover everything you need to know to purchase a home in 2022, from what you actually need to do to prepare for mortgage pre-approval, how to access first-time home buyer resources, what to expect when it comes time to make an offer and more.

Hear from the homeownership experts at NHS and some of the leading mortgage lenders, REALTORS® and real estate professionals in the Los Angeles region during the event. There will be NHS resources on-site for on the spot pre-approvals, experts in title insurance, home inspection and other key aspects of the homeownership process.

Learn about resources available to help you through the home buying process, including down payment assistance grants from the California Association of REALTORS® Housing Assistance Fund (HAF) and other programs.

The homeownership fair is free to attend and some portions of the program will be offered in multiple languages. Light refreshments will be served throughout the day.
