We will hear how our guest speaker, Ara Sahelian dismissed 13 separate ADA cases brought against real estate brokers / agents, in Napa, in 2022.

Ara Sahelian

Attorney Ara Sahelian defends small business owners in lawsuits brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA). Despite this, he is a strong proponent of the ADA. Mr. Sahelian himself is confined to a wheelchair, having been afflicted with polio at a very young age. It is because of the ADA that he has been able to, over the years, visit courthouses, conduct trials, and travel throughout the US and Europe.

Mr. Sahelian has defended nearly 300 cases brought under the ADA. From his standpoint, the overwhelming majority of these cases have no merit. While he will settle a case that has merit, he insists on fighting those that do not - all the way to trial. Mr. Sahelian has successfully dismissed over 50 cases just in the past year, paying nothing to the serial plaintiffs or their attorneys.
