Join us April 26th at 12pm to learn more about First Time Homebuyer Programs that local municipalities and banks are using to help connect prospective buyers towards their first steps to achieve homeownership.

The hurdles to achieving homeownership in California are well known -- lack of affordable housing supply, escalating housing costs, rising rents, student loan debt, and lack of ability to save for a down payment yet there are programs that are available today to break down some of those barriers.

This event is 60 minutes long that include a panel session with Q&A session to inform and educate what local agencies and financial institutions are using through various Down Payment Assistance programs throughout the LA County region to increase homeownership opportunities to improve equity and inclusion in many communities and to help remove anxiety of new buyers to learn what is available.
